Please remember that exchange rate varies everyday, but currently if you are buying 10,000 RMB and above to Alipay or Wechat account, the rate now is 240

If you are buying between 5,000 to 9,000 RMB, the rate is 250 (For Alipay and Wechat account payments). We can only pay 10,000 RMB and above to China bank accounts.
